The following returns policy applies to all non-customized items sold on Mind To Merchandise, LLC.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it. It’s easy! You may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packing slip. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

An item not marked as non-returnable on the product detail page is eligible for return within the applicable return window of 14 days (Must be contacted within 72 hours of receipt of product)                  from purchase if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

– Damaged or Defective merchandise (not due to shipping)

– Product does not match description

– Custom orders are non-returnable

–  Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mind To Merchandise, LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time and delivery estimates

All orders are processed and produced within 5-7 business days and shipped when completed.  You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been shipped.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Custom items require additional time for processing.  Email will be sent for customer approval prior to production.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipping Companies Used


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Mind To Merchandise, LLC ships to addresses within the U.S. and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Mind To Merchandise, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Mind To Merchandise, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
